Archived Direct Deposit Question

So it is currently Wednesday night and I just set up for my paycheck to be direct deposited into my bank account and this Friday is payday. Should this Friday's paycheck be direct deposited into my account or will it probably still be in the form of a physical check that I have to pick up at the store? how long does it take for direct deposit to be finalized? Any answer would be helpful!

I think it takes about a month. Friday’s check should be a physical one to pick up at your store.

Took my bank 3wks to get my first direct deposit. Depending on bank and pay cycle coyld take 3 to 5 wks. Always check with your store onpayday if you dont see it in the account

It takes AT LEAST one pay cycle and up to three before direct deposit is in place. You will definitely have a paper check this Friday.
