Archived Direct deposit?

Hi so I just recently opened up a bank account and wanna set up my direct deposit, problem is when I go to the page to do so and log in on internet explorer and click Add Account it does nothing.. but it says that's how you're suppose to set it up so I'm a bit confused, if it matters I've tried at work and just now at home as well. Sorry for the dumb question but I would just like to get my dd set up asap.

Depending on how new you are to spot, you may not be in the system yet. Try again at the store, ask your hr for help doing it.
