Do you guys know if Target uses the 'table of command'?

If you don't know what that is, here is what I mean:

I know that the STL would always be the 1st in Command. Some ETLs will be the 2nd In Command.

Does target use some of these?

ETL-HR was "2nd in command" in my stores.
A neighboring store had the ETL-OPS as their 2nd in command

Isn't that just called management? Store manager to floor managers, or team leads. Common hierarchy? Or are you talking about something else?

I'm sure the corporate ladder structure exists for Target Corporation. As for Store structure, it gets fuzzy considering that even the STL is limited in what they can do as far as corrective action and talent management. So I guess it would be more GTL>DTL>STL>Sr.ETL/ETL OP>HR ETL>ETL>Sr. TL> TL> TM
