Drop in Hours- Seasonal

I’ve been a seasonal TM since end of Oct. I’ve never NCNS and I come in whenever they call me to. I’ve noticed a huge drop in hours for me. 10 this week, 8 next and 4 the week after. So my question is- Are they gearing up to let me go?

Nah, more likely they're on-boarding even more seasonals & spreading out fewer hours among more TMs.

Spoke to GSTL and looks like I am gearing up to go. Our GM said availability is his top priority. Since I can only work from 6pm-C weekdays and from 1pm-C weekends I don’t have enough availability according to him. Looks like I’m getting in all my shopping this week with my discount and the 20% off coupon.

Yeah, that availability isn't much different from mine. I can work all day on weekends, but generally only get scheduled nights, anyway. My store loves people who close on the weekends reliably.

I agree, 1pm - close on weekends is great. Maybe they have other TMs who are willing to do that and also have more open availabilty during the week?

Ha if it is then jokes on them. I’m home with kids during the day so that’s not going to happen.
