Can anyone explain how a backroom team member has to guide truck push cause both teamleads disappeared while trying to backstockand then get yelled at after the truck is pushed cause i wasn't done with the backstock?
Oh and we have 2 new guys( second truck) who were told to push pallets alone, which turned out with me trying to train them from recieving. Along with 2 less new but still kinda new, who look like lost sheep.
