What scores are considered average, below average, and failing for market when ecolab comes? About what percentage of stores score in each category, and is a perfect score attainable?😳

Green is average, yellow is below average, and red is a fail. Majority of stores get green scores, yellows happen here and there. Red happens at some point to everyone, everyone has a major but it isn’t always caught. Perfect scores aren’t that difficult to achieve if teams are kept on focus. Scores aren’t graded on a percentage, but a point system. Certain violations cost more points than others. I’ve seen inspections where multiple violations still get green, seen some where one violation and gets a red. Also compliance visits are graded different than food visits so your question doesn’t have a really definite answer.
