Archived eHR Direct deposit...glitchy?

I'm having issues with trying to set up Direct Deposit online. The other day when I tried the site was down. I try today and all that comes up is a page telling me what operating systems it works with and browsers. is there a problem with Windows 7 users or am i just not seeing the setup button? I assume most sites ask you to login after you select something that requires more sensitive info like most sites do, but I'm not even getting that far. (if that's the problem) or any real direction on this part on the site.

I tried viewing this on both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

even been using Ctrl+F to try to find links i may have missed.
I feel like I'm missing something realllllllllly simple but i guess that's the issue with being a newbie :facepalm:

Have you signed on to EHR at the store yet? If not you would have to sign on at the store to set up your account then it works from home.
I'll try again after work on their computers then. Thank you. I'll let'cha know how it goes.
 
IE9 works for me at home. Actually having less problems than I did with IE8.
