I wanted to make an additional payment via Direct Debit and it won't progress to the Financial Institution page. It gives me some text that says something to the effect of The information that is supposed to be here is missing. Can't remember the exact words it used. I've been able to in the past years ago on an old loan and I'd prefer not to use the invoice method. If this is a website issue how long do these typically last because it's been about a week now?
