Pmt read an article earlier I can't find...said all c level got cut cause they were to blame for things like target Canada...
 
Why do they cut the TM's? Wouldn't it be more logical to cut the people responsible for bad decisions within the company....you know, the high level executives. In my honest opinion, cutting positions is a lazy way of making it look like the company is making money.
 
Signing specialist, just divide all the work up between the members of the plano team.

That's what's happening here. I'm leaving the store in two months. They have already made the decision to not replace me and Plano will work signing together.

I hope you have a really good plano team, otherwise by the end of fourth quarter they will have all resigned.

It would almost be worth loseing my position just to watch what happens.
Moving from pfresh has been amusing. Only one who doesn't miss me is the ctl. And even she has to miss me getting crap done without her having to worry.
 
I bet if the store could work with maybe 3 TMs (one cashier, one HL and one SL) they would do that.
