a.) I can't believe Spot had such a sense of humor to let them do this.
b.) Anyone else love seeing the hovering SDTM/GSTL in the line hovering with a worried face?
c.) The terrifying thing is in my 5 years as a GSTL, I know my legit SDTM's actually did each of these (or some permutation of them) at least once!

Nah, I did actually see him doing some returns. You can see items get scanned in and you can also see the recommended refund screen. It's still much more likely that all those "guests" were actors.

Hahaha....I'd totally do this if I could get away with it. I do test the limits though. People need to lighten up and be able to get a laugh out of little things.
