ETL scheduling

Hey there ETLS! Specifically HR.
I’m wondering what your shift times look like. Do you have flexibility to start early (5/6) some days or close and come in at 1 some days?

Is there flexibility in shift times at all or is it expected to be 8-5 a majority?

Is it worth trying to get flexibility (not shift length I know those are at least ten hours)? I’m trying to balance a partner’s job as well and she needs benefits and her pay but idk if Target is accepting of that idea? If that makes sense? At least for leadership.

Target can be somewhat accommodating to specific needs but it definitely varies by store. Hr isnt a role that is super necessary to be there at specific times but you will be doing more roles then just HR. In my store all ETLs have a closing shift and you will have to be LOD in the morning which entails doing more around thw store then just your area of work. Leadership schedules are made well in advance usually atleast a month out in advance. And generally have a pretty set schedule with a rotation of weekends and the other shifts I mentioned.
