ETL requirements

Hi was curious if anyone knew what the sales requirements for an ETL food is my store has been comping year over year in food and was told we missed the requirement by a few dollars last year. In addition our ETL gm isn’t really managing both sides of the business that well (not saying it is due to the sales though) was curious what stores with an ETL food look like sales wise.

It has to do with percent of total store sales as well as just a sales number.
