Archived Extra hours in check

My most recent check has 90 hours in it of regular time but only a half an hour of overtime. There is no vacation or PH pay in the check. All there is listed is the regular pay, shift diff, and overtime. My HR and I assume a punch correction didn't either get approved or I didn't submit it in time to be on the last check. Is there any other reasons this may happen??

I was curious on mine to tho I took some ph time to have a full weekend off 1 weekend it showed up as me being over 40hrs for that selected week it took me 2 times to look at it bc I was shocked
