Hello all 🙂
I have been following along here almost immediately after I was hired seasonally in November -- as a softlines sales floor tm, (spending most of my time as FRO (which I love)). I have learned a good deal from everyone posting here ( as well as laughed at quite a bit too). Finally decided today I'd post - I just crested my "official" 90th day && got recognized by a guest for outstanding service. That made my whole day - cause let's be honest, most of us work so very hard && try to be all vibe-y ....and sometimes it feels like you only ever get noticed by the grown ups who want to throw tantrums.

Anywho. Just thought I'd officially join the conversation 🙂
