Archived First day of overnight flow training is tonight, what should i expect?

My first day of training is overnight tonight as a merchandise flow team member. What should i expect? Are they going to throw me back there and expect me to know what to do or what?

at our store typically on your first night they put you on the line (building pallets from freight coming off the truck) then working the floor, both with a trainer helping you

You'll shadow a trainer. You learn how to do the unload where they'll have you grab freight off the line and sort it to its respective area onto pallets. After that, you'll bowl freight into the aisles and then work it. They'll stress the importance of working quickly (30 sec to 1 min per box, depending on store) and efficiently.

Make sure to ask questions, especially during unload.
