So I'm going in tomorrow for training but during the orientation I didn't get an employee number.
Should I go to guest services or through the employee entrance?

Did they give you the code for the door?

LOL NVM I legit just found the paper that has the code written on it!
Wait so how does it work?
I press the buzzer and then what?

You type in the code and then (ASANTS? Not sure) press the pound sign (#) to process the request. If correct, the door keypad will light up and the door will unlock.

It is usually the store number.

It might be an ASANTS thing but if the store is open we usually just go through the front. If it's before or after while the store is closed go through the employee entrance. Depending on your store it might be a code and then the door opens or you would have to press the buzzer, and just wait until someone opens it. There's most likely a camera set up there and they just have to see the surveillance camera feed that's by the switches that open the door to make sure you work there.
