So I'm going to be tlod tomorrow for the first time (with virtually no training)....any tips and tricks of the trade I should know?

So I'm going to be tlod tomorrow for the first time (with virtually no training)....any tips and tricks of the trade I should know?

If it's morning separate the team into areas and have them zone and work pulls for their area. If it's a night time tlod then separate the team in zones then check up every hour on how their zone is going.

Schedule breaks and lunches and follow up so no one violates and everyone doesn't go at the same time. You may need to cover gstl breaks lunch depending on your store. AM call all days. PM assign zone areas and follow up.
