Archived food in the break room

we have times where we have food as perks. anywhere from 20-200 people. nothing in my store is held in a safe temp. no chafing dishes etc. its buy loads of food, and throw it out there. i don't want to complain because food is the best recognition.
 
It's nice to get food;
not so nice to get food poisoning.
 
Yeh, I'm sure that'll work great for yogurt & fruit bowls....

this is what i'm worried about. i've warned team members closing about cheese that's been out from the morning. for a burger that was bought in 5 hours ago. its a liability issue.
 
Youse guys worry too much.

We usually just get dry foods because they don't require heat or refrigeration. On the rare occasion we get hot food, it's catered, so it's kept warm.
