When I first started my job Q2 of last year, I was naively excited. It's now that I see how much BS really goes on here. From people getting promoted because of who likes them to being told by HR to get over not feeling well. A team lead who is driven more by emotions than anything. Try having your team lead cut production items because it takes too long to make or a guest that was rude to her likes it.
