Archived Forge Breva parts?

Does anyone know how to order parts for the Forge Breva bike? Is it Pacific Cycle, Dynacraft, Huffy or something different? I can't find an order form, and when you call "Forge support" it just says leave your name & number & they'll return your call. I'm not here long enough to get called back, lol.
