Hi!
I'm a former employee of Target but since relocated and have an interview at my new locale.
At my previous Target, I started in softlines and was promoted to hardlines in a few months, there was a pay increase and obviously different responsibilities were added to that.
Now the position I'm interviewing for is for a softlines. I'm very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of Target and being an employee - I know the system.
So my questions are:
Is coming dressed in khakis, red oxford shirt, black flats, over dressing? I want to present well and I think one of the reasons why I was promoted was because I took my job very seriously, even if it is a part time retail position.
I would prefer to work in hardlines again at my former position with the pay but I know, especially since relocating to a state with a lower COL than my previous one, I doubt I'll even get close to it and will be grateful for starting at softlines.
Thank you for all your help!
