When I was first hired every night softlines made sure the panty bins where stacked and neat. I'm not sure when it happened, but they rearranged our lingerie section and it turned into chaos. We no longer make them in neat piles, just make sure they're in the correct bin. If you make us fold that **** you better give us another hour to the zone.

Actually, we have been doing this for years... And our panties bins look fabulous and we are well known for it in our district.. Anyways, the flo team fixes any bins when they push and every few days or so someone will touch it up... It never gets really bad and sh

Our panties are never neatly placed in the bins. They're all just balled up. At most, we'll make sure they're in the right bin. They were zoned once for a visit... and occasionally our table specialist gets to em, but it never lasts.

Maybe I just wasn't looking in the right place, but I went over to our lingerie department today and couldn't even FIND the "panty bins" or even tables??? All I could find were ones hanging and some in packages on shelves....nothing to be folded????

They are directly across from men's. on a 5 teir table. Laying flat.

Not in my store....directly across from men's is fitness-wear (with shoes on the other side of the divider)....then it's "lingerie"....then it's pj's. The only "tables" I saw were in the actual clothing department and had shirts on them.

Gosh! I have to go by the other store & see where those tables are located. That store is newer than mine.

The one that annoys me is 'boyfriend'.
I get it, they figured out that men's underwear and jeans are more comfortable so they market them to woman.
For all the LBGT, or single woman how insulting is using the term 'boyfriend'?

I DID find a few bins, but no tables...they were on the end of a hanging unit (not sure what they're called, but it's a metal "wall" with adjustable hooks that can hang multiple hangers)

Or "boyshorts"....I have sons & a husband and they look NOTHING like ANY shorts my boys would wear (and no hetero male I know would wear them either~LOL!)

That's been a recent expectation at our store, too. Problem is one person zones all of Softlines at night (2 on a weekend). So, you can have zoned panty bins or RTW zoned. But it really isn't feasible to have both.

On a related note, SSS is the devil. Even when my flow team or my POG team takes time to deep zone it, it's still "unacceptable."

Keeping our SSS zoned right now is an exercise in futility & frustration.

OK.....do I feel dumb!
I was thinking that the letters had something to do with the softlines zone! So See. Spot. Save. never came to mind.
The part of this that is really funny is that our GS & morning cashiers push Spot......and I'm usually one of the cashiers doing the push!

Hey girl ! Don't judge me just because I want to feel pretty , okay ?

I once attempted to do a cart full of SSS reshop. Once I realized that it was going to take me somewhere in the neighborhood of a week, I just pitched the stuff into bins, making sure that $1 stuff was in $1 bins, $3 stuff in $3 bins, etc.

Next time, just give it to the GSA, gstl, or gs. They will take care of it for you.

Actually, at my store, it would depend on how late it was. We have been told just make sure things are in the right priced bins and it looks half way neat. Cause, you know, it's just going to be mess up the next morning.
