Hey, I’m new to fulfillment and working closing shifts. Any do’s/don’ts or tips for picking, staging, and what to do when we finish early? Also, what’s the best way to handle items I can’t find on the shelf?
So for fulfillment for me you really want to keep going into next days workload especially OPU just so next day SFS can be started as early as possible.
You don’t want to INF without approval but you really want to be communicative in items you can’t find without spending an insane amount of time. Efficiency and productivity is what you wanna maintain without having RED INF
I know what our store and district consider to be red INF scores, but what is the real corporate number? What is the real corporate range for productivity? Just curious as to how we are really doing.
I wouldn’t look at greenfield UPH I would ask your OD for an excel on how to get a real UPH of productivity of the fulfillment team members which puts into consideration pick units, prep time, inapp utilization, to get a real UPH but 45-55 is where you wanna be at not just looking at mpm and greenfield
