Hey all--

If a guest wants to Price Match an item that comes with a GC, do we have to/are we allowed to void out the GC? or do we just let them have the GC (what my GSA told me to do last time this situation came up)? if we can void out the GC, is it as simple as going to the line and h

Best Practice is the guest receives whichever of the two offers is greater in value - the price match or the target price w/ the gift card. So yes, you would void the gift card.

It's not just allowed, but required by best practice.
