Archived Getting a raise after 90 day probationary period?

I guess I have a few questions..


Do you get a raise for cross training?

and also, do you get a raise if you successfully complete your 90 day probationary period? I noticed on my paycheck that I received a .25 cent raise but I was never told that it would happen or why?

I got a $.25 raise, as well, but I'm well over my 90 days.
As far as I know, no. I'm cross trained in Electronics, as a GSA, Hardlines and FoodAve, but I get paid as a Electronics TM with some raises thrown in there but didn't get a raise for being trained in the other areas.

Do you get a raise for cross training?

Only if you cross-train in a workcenter of a higher paygrade, work most (if not all) of your hours in that workcenter, and your HR stays on the ball and gives you the appropriate raise for jumping paygrades.

You might be keyed as a Market TM, Photo TM, Instocks TM, or something else which is a N05, as opposed to Sales Floor/Cashier, which is N03. It will say your title on your paycheck!
