I ignore their calls everytime. They gave me a shitty review and a shitty raise, even though i'm one of the faster TM's, so they can suck a big greazy fart out of my a-hole

As someone who has made those calls, I really appreciate when they are answered. I would just say we have a shift available and wonder if you want it. Thats it. No begging, no bargaining, no threatening. If you don't want it just say no.

I'll ignore the call (usually because I'm still sleeping when they call me in the AM.) If it's the one bitchy HR TM that no one can stand, I ignore the call. If it's an ETL, I'll probably call back and let them know I can't. I don't drive, I can't run in when they need me lol. If I get asked whie I'm working, and I'm not at 40 hours, I'll usually stay.

Except when you have to do the work of two or more people because your fellow tm(s) called out
depends, usually i miss the call and listen to their message, if they say to give a call back to let them know i call back but if they say give us a call if you can i don't call back. if i hear the call i sometimes answer but i hate talking on the phone and being caught off guard when calls come. i get a little anxious everytime my phone rings.
