I yelled at my ETL one morning before the store opened and said I was leaving 2 hours into my shift. Everything was going wrong and I was furious, screaming at lazy tms.. I was scolded for screaming and having a complete meltdown. I came in for my next shift (3 days later) after my TL called and asked if I was ok and coming back. everyone thought I quit. I didn't get in trouble because it really was a situation that was rage-quit worthy and it even made the managers take care of the problem faster.
