Former seasonal team member here!! I worked from October 2023 to Jan 2024 and hoping to be joining again in April. A new store is opening up so I’ll be applying there! Before target I worked at amazon for 3 years and before that I worked at Taco Bell for 3 years. Made some cool friends over the years for sure. I voulenteer at an animal shelter and love tech. I’m going to go back to school to get a certificate on something medical related.!

Nah same pay. 18 an hour which isn’t bad. I’m gonna try looking for a job in the hospital or something.

I would have negotiated more since you are a training people (who hopefully don't make as much as you).

Target and other corporations want to pay the bare minimum that they can't get away with with anyone they hire.

Then again if you can get the some overtime while trying to get a job in a hospital it's sounds like a good short term plan for you.
