Idk I think training is a lot easier in small groups rather than a single TM. You can keep an eye on them all and some may have questions that the others haven't thought of. Plus, its easier to see who stands out as good/bad.

Does anyone know when Target will be holding its holiday hiring open house this year?

They held it during the second weekend in October the last two years.

My store let's you work one shift with the newest person in that work center for training and then expects you to do it all on your own. 😂
