Archived Holiday pay?

So I have heard two different things
1) that only full time team members will get that holiday pay (time and a half)
and
2) that ALL team members (part time and full time) get that holiday pay

I have no idea which one is true. I am hoping by putting this here I will be able to get feedback and finally have the answer.
 
I guess this varies by state? I know at my store, all TMs get time and a half for working. All TLs get double time for working.
 
In my state all team members get time and a half for working on a Holiday. All full time team member get paid for thanksgiving and Christmas. All team leads get paid for 7 Holidays a year. When they work those Holiday's they get double time and a half.

I believe it is six:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Forth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Team leads get their average weekly hours divided by 5 added to their check for each of these. Full time team members only get Thanksgiving and Christmas.

All team members receive 1.5 times their pay if they work on any of these six holidays.
