Pay negotiating

I live in Florida and the start out pay for inbound expert is $15. Through doing some research (glassdoor) the maximum pay for this position is $22. My seasonal is about to end soon and I know they will offer me a full-time position because I have cultivated a reputation as hard working and reliable. My question is has anybody ever suceeding in negotiating for the maximum pay out for inbound expert similarly to my situation. $15 to $22 is a 46% increase.

No. It's not a thing, especially that large of a pay bump while staying at the same paygrade. Because you're just ending as a seasonal, you're not even slated to get a review this year (which does give you a raise, but again, not that large- more like 25¢ max).

The $22 you are seeing on Glassdoor is the maximum amount a TM would make in that position (after many, many, many years of measley reviews/raises), not the starting pay. It doesn't even matter to Target if you have experience, you'd still just start at $15 like everyone else.

Nope! I don’t know of anyone at a store with $15 starting pay that makes $22. 13 years and I’m nowhere near that. I’m not inbound but, they are the same as other departments.

What time is your unload ? If it’s overnight you will get 1-2 $ differential but that’s about it .
