Paycheck problem

my first pay period just passed and I did not receive my pay. I don’t have auto pay set up and did not get a check. The app says I had a gross of $280 and that employer withheld $280 and my net pay is $0. What happened? What do I do?

I would look at Workday and/or your punches too.

Punches and hours show correctly there. It just shows employer withheld the same amount as my gross pay so my net is $0

ask hr. you might of missed the pay week.

I think new hires get their pay on a debit card. Definitely ask HR. Sign up for direct deposit asap.

Depending on your bank you might get your direct deposit Thursday too.

Talked to HR on the phone since I’m off. Apparently it should be delivered to Hr at my store as a physical check. I will have to ask them tomorrow when I’m there. I don’t know why the wouldn’t give it to me on my last 5 shifts though.

Checks come in on Fridays.

You have to go to them to pick up paychecks. They don’t seek out employees.
