Archived Holiday pay

I know that for some holiday pay we get time + half, and there's an extra $1 for working before 6 am but what about Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas eve, New Year's eve/day?

Can someone break that down for me? I've been asked to work a LOT of hours already during the holidays and I'd like to know if it's better to work Thanksgiving evening or after midnight, and if it's better to work New years eve or NY day?

I think @HRZone posted the holiday pay chart recently.

From what I remember from last year, working Thanksgiving Day gives you time and a half, Black Friday from midnight-6 am is an extra $1. And New Years DAY gives time and a half but no extra for NYE.
