Ended up having to contact the hotline. Did it via email (not even slightly concerned about tls knowing it was me) on Friday before I left. I was half anticipating it to go down over the weekend based on the nature of the complaint, but how long into the week should it take to get addressed?
 
It depends. You might not heard anything. Depending on what happen, you want mention the event to your etl ap or stl about it.
 
Had an update in my email this morning with an incident number. Had to overstep stl/etl because they can't be trusted to not hand out a wrist slap instead of termination for serious incidents.
 
The times that I have had to call it has varied...could be a few days or a week.
