Archived How busy is Q4?

I don't have much of a frame of reference, but it seemed to go pretty well. Once I found the stats app it seemed like we were exceeding sales forecasts, and while it was busy people were nice and we kept enough stuff in regularly that we weren't disappointing people all the time.

The place was kind of a wreck for awhile there, but there's only so much you can do about that, but we've caught up pretty well now. We had, like, 7+ people working HL tonight so we got most of the place zoned and reshop taken care of and everything.

Sales were good. Ship from store is a huge reason we have exceeded our comp from a year ago.

We are right on the cusp of jumping org charts so we feel a lot of strain.

The only huge issue with q4 was logistics. Backroom looks bad. Logistics overspent payroll on average about 20 hours a day. Sad we had to cut cashier's and salesfloor to make payroll for the month of December
