I'm sorry if this is an over-done topic or if there's a guide I missed somewhere, but I want to quit from being a Hardlines Team Member for personal reasons (the people at my Target are actually very friendly). Problem is, I've never quit a job before, and I have no idea where to start. A Google search told me that I should give two weeks notice to my HR ETL, who will give me forms to fill out. How do I find out who the ETL is? How do I get in contact with him/her? Do I need to do anything else? I'm completely lost.

How do I find out who that is, how do I find out when they'll be in, and what do I do with the forms after I've filled them out?

If you simply walk out, and never return, they'll never hire you again.

Being an HRTM, when I quit, I just grabbed a form myself, filled it, and handed it to my ETL HR. lol

Ask the people at TSC for a voluntary termination form, and fill it out. Then give it to your ETL HR.
