Archived How does your store handle new releases on Friday's?

Just curious to see how other store's do this. Does Plano take care of it all? Do you have an Electronics Team Member come in 1 hour earlier on Friday, maybe just close on Thursday's? Does Plano do the CD revisions but the Electronics Team Member just pulls the new games when they come in since they POG was already set on Tuesday? Or does nothing happen until the guest asks for a specific item?

Electronics comes in early on Friday. Tuesday releases are set on Monday.

At my store we have a plano tm who does mmb new releases. She sets tues on Mon...then comes in on Tues morning and pushes it all out . She sets Fridays before we open. She does a great job

We have an electronics TM who sets all the entertainment. They come in early on Tuesday to set and push the new releases. On Friday they set the new release when the store opens.
