Well it is expensive as fuck to live there.. In some places $1300 for a studio apartment so you better pay decently.

Key is to live in an outside area and commute to the city. They raised base to 14 for January.

Yeah so I can spend $70 in fuel every week.. More if I actually want to have a life. $70 is strictly to work and back along with almost 2hrs in commute time.

Public transit doesn't exist, well in any usefulness to actually get to work.
