Yeah, I put quite a bit into retirement... I mean I make 75k a year (not counting the bonus)

My final target paychecks were around 2200 gross. Consequently that's how I felt every day when I left. Gross.

IIRC you're in my market? DMV. If so, from what I gather of your knowledge base on here, you are being grossly underpaid compared to some of your peers. (As in I know many etls who were over 80 and not even remotely decent)

Cost of living in my area is on the higher end. I usually take home around $1100 after taxes. I put a decent amount towards my retirement fund though.

You would flag as absent and HR will chase you down to fix your punch asap lol. We have a TM who is time clock "challenged" and I have to chase down said TM to get the punches in.

I'm pretty sure the tax hit on a check like that wouldn't be worth it.
