So I reported an issue I had with another team member to my TL then was told by my ETL that target can not do anything about an employes actions unless the issue or action is done on Target grounds... So lets just say if a Target team member gives another team member a gun outside of work to threaten someone.... They are not in the wrong and its all hear say, even if the team member told the ETL everything that happened before I reported it as being an uncomfortable work space.

It's been said, but someone having a gun and threatening you outside of work means you need to go to the police first. And then partner with your AP team, as they are REQUIRED to create a safe & secure action plan for you (especially if law enforcement is involved) that will help make sure you are safe at work. It will involve things like being escorted to your car at the end of your shift, and carrying an AP walkie at all times over the next 30+ days.

I had to walk TMs to their car several times. So you were threatened my another TM? I would file a report with the police then partner with AP. In our store, if the other person is a TM we would make sure y'all never overlapped on the schedule. We've done this for sexual harassment claims so I don't see how a threat would be any different.
