New ETL coming on soon and I have some questions about health benefits. In the informational materials I was sent from HR, I see Target offers a HRA or HSA. I am not familiar with these options b/c in the past I've had PPO or HMO. So for example, with my current PPO I pay $20 co-pay for specialists and that covers everything for a routine visit. Does either the HRA or HSA offer a similar co-pay option? Or will I be paying the full cost of my specialist appt (whatever amount that comes to) up until I reach for $950 deductible for the HRA?
