Archived I wanna start a Fitness club for Target TM's

I really would like to start a Target Fit club for the TM's at my store. There's a 24 Hour Fitness not to far from the store. The only issue is that I don't know how I would go about starting this, and what HR would think if all TM's who wish to participate starting saying they couldn't work at whatever time on whatever day. =\

What do you guys think? Opinions?

Under ehr, there are discounts for fitness. Also, ck with your wellness captain. They may have some equipment setup for that already. At my store, we do have setup.

We have a fitness club, it's usually three days a week and we go to a local park to workout. We take weights and such to work with. someone at our store is a personal trainer so he kinda leads the group. It's a blast working out with people from work, we are usually getting yelled at by the PT for laughing to much and not working hard enough..... LOL
