Been like a year

I got promoted to sales floor TL in February then got moved to Backroom TL in May.
If anybody remembers me, I'm obviously on cloud 9 with being a Log TL!

How do you run a green truck?

I only run 1 truck every other week. I'm Backroom TL not Flow.

How do you run a green truck?

I am not on flow but would gander to say with enough TMs to push it all. I am in the belief that we should have 1 TM for every 100 pieces, so a 2000 piece truck you should have 20 TMs this way they won't get over worked and quit in 2 weeks. The other day we had a 2400 piece truck with 12 tms. Now that is rediculus and there is still about 10 pallets left and our store gets a truck 6 days a week. We have more back stock in the bsckroom than on the floor with 6 trucks a week.... Why soooooo much back stock ??????
