How many times can you request 2 weeks off my girl friend is dying to see me this summer and I took off 12 days in January 1 can I take another 10 days this year and next summer if I request off before hand?

Middle of July? All stores are not the same and you might get rejected for that time frame depending.

My final store was EXTREMELY BTS/BTC heavy in sales and that was, in addition to August, a blackout period for time off in any capacity.

How about you talk to someone in HR at your store or your leadership?
