Archived Interview Advice For Tomorrow

So the girl who interviewed me seemed like she liked me, seemed to think my answers were good. Hard to say for sure tho. They said she would have kept me in for a second interview, but they only had 1 executive in the store, who was working the floor, so couldn't come in to see me today. They said they would call probably tomorrow, but for sure by Monday, to schedule another interview. She didnt really say one way or another what she thought, but there were lots of smiles and laughter, and rapport seemed good. So, I guess I'm optimistic. All I asked her was making sure this was for a perm position and not seasonal, which she confirmed.

Its usually a good sign when you are given a second interview. At least in my store they only give those to people they are really considering on hiring.

Same here but sometimes they interviewer lies about that and has no intentions getting you the second interview. Makes it for an awkward moment when the applicant calls me and asks about the second interview. I don't think that applies to PaRaDox because the interviewer went into detail why the ETL was unable to do the second interview. We always have a team lead do the first, an ETL the second and if the STL is available a third. Sometimes the ETL is unable to do the second because he/she has to cover breaks, we had several call outs etc.

We have the TL do the first, the ETL the second and if we want to job offer them, they have to do a meet and greet with either the ETL-HR, Sr. ETL, or the STL before they get hired.
