I am planning on quitting tomorrow. Because of personal issues and other reasons I'd rather not discuss I am unable to give the standard two weeks notice. I was going to go in tomorrow before my 6am shift and quit in person. Is that even worth it or should I just NCNS? Either way, I'm going to be on the do not hire list, and i'm good with that. I've had my run.

If you can work tomorrow, do it in person and tell them it will be your last shift. If you cant, just call them, and tell them for reasons beyond your control you cant return to work. The do not hire status is only a couple years I think.. if you NCNS that is job abandonment.

Do the right thing and call.
