I know we do an abbreviated orientation for Just In Time, but I can't find a guide for it. Anyone done one yet?

You might be doing flexes. From target. Careers

Your role is responsible for fulfilling our online guests' orders by packing and shipping items quickly and appropriately. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging the guest and prioritizing the guest's needs over task. Properly prepare and pack guest orders for shipment using the correct materials in a timely manner. Work with the store team to quickly resolve guest concerns.
Qualifications: Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary. Able to lift 40 lbs. * *

I wondered if anyone had led one yet.

It's under training in workbench for new team member orientation.

The key is for them to sign their paperwork and then start training that day.

They don't need to learn about guest service or anything like that.

How is just in time different than flexible fulfillment team member?
They get the bare minimum amount of time needed for orientation and training, they are only trained on packing, and the job is only about 6 weeks long.
