I know we do an abbreviated orientation for Just In Time, but I can't find a guide for it. Anyone done one yet?

It's under training in workbench for new team member orientation.

The key is for them to sign their paperwork and then start training that day.

They don't need to learn about guest service or anything like that.

I think the key difference is that Just In Time is seasonal and flex isn’t.

They get the bare minimum amount of time needed for orientation and training, they are only trained on packing, and the job is only about 6 weeks long.

Just In Time has a maximum job length of 8 weeks before they are converted to regular or you have to terminate the team member.
