Archived Just Offered APTL: What's next?

Hi Everyone,
I was just offered a promotion to Assets Protection Team Lead at my store. I've already interviewed with my District Team Lead and passed. Is there anything more to the application process, or will they just start training me?

You will begin training while a background check is conducted. As an internal hire for APTL, you should expect approximately 3-4 weeks of training where you travel to other stores and shadow APTLs. You'll also have at least two external training certifications to attend. NVI (Non-Violent Intervention) training and External Apprehension certification.
