Archived Last Paycheck waiting game

Hey guys. I was seasonally employed at target recently but due to an emergency, I had to quit without notice. I had to quit on 11/25 (right before black friday, I know it looks suspicious) and I still have not received my last paycheck in the mail. I called the HR team member and she said that the paycheck was not in the store but was going to be mailed to me anyways. I called target on 12/4. Should I wait for the check to be mailed or do I call the team member service number and explain my situation to them? Thanks.

Your check would have come in on the regular pay period and would have held on to it for five days or so, in case you were coming in to pick it up.
Then they would mail it out.
The mails are running slow since it is December and all.
I'm not really surprised you haven't got it yet.

You're most likely on pay cycle B, and the hours you worked thanksgiving week are part of the 11/23 - 12/06 paycycle which will be paid out on Friday.
