My ETL HR has requested feedback from me because they are attending LEAD Academy. I’m wondering if anyone has information on this Academy. I don’t really know much. I know a previous ETL of mine went last year and then was signed off to be an STL. Are these things a good thing that they only nominate special ETLs for?

LEAD is for ETL's to enhance their leadership skills. Generally it's a stepping stone in becoming an SD.

I don't think it works that way. I'm pretty sure they know exactly who gives the feedback as they're the ones who pick who they send out the surveys to.
